Who we are

Lost Guardians AI is an automation agency that builds AI chat, voice, CRM and follow-up systems for businesses. For the personal data described here, Lost Guardians AI is the data controller. You can reach us about privacy at adnanparvezstudy.345@gmail.com or through the Contact page.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the address itself) only to limit spam and repeated submissions.

Accounts: if you sign up or we create an account for you, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, your account role and status, and — for clients — project status, messages you exchange with us, and documents and invoices we share with you.

Payments: online payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects and handles your card and billing details; Lost Guardians AI never receives or stores your card number. We receive an order record (order number, email, product, amount, currency, status). Payments made offline (e.g. bank transfer) are recorded by us with the amount, method, date and reference.

AI chat widget: messages you type are kept only in your browser session and, when the assistant is active, forwarded to process your question. We do not attach them to your identity.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, where you asked about a service, to contact you about it (the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests, or steps before entering a contract). To provide the client platform and services you have engaged us for (performance of a contract). To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation). To keep the platform secure, including spam protection and error diagnostics (legitimate interest).

Contact after an enquiry

If you submit the contact form, a member of our team may contact you by email about your enquiry and the service you selected. We do not add you to marketing newsletters without separate consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Account and project data: for as long as your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a closure request unless we must keep it longer. Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 10 years). Error diagnostics: up to 12 months. Our immutable audit log of administrative actions is kept for security and accountability.

Who we share it with

Lost Guardians AI is based in and operates from Pakistan. When you submit data to us through this website or the client platform, it is transferred to and processed in Pakistan. We also share data with: Lemon Squeezy (payment processing, Merchant of Record); our hosting and database provider; our email delivery provider when emails are sent; and, when the chat assistant is active, the AI provider that processes chat messages. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and similar storage

We use only essential storage: sign-in session data so you stay logged in, your light/dark theme preference, your cookie choice, and chat history for the current browser session. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, it will only run if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner.

Your rights (EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Union, EEA or United Kingdom, you have the right under the GDPR / UK GDPR to access your personal data, correct it, have it deleted, receive a copy in a portable format (export), restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email adnanparvezstudy.345@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK).
